Edwin Hund

Born in South Germany in 1927, Edwin with his wife and two children emigrated to the United States in 1958, where they settled in New Jersey to build a life filled with love and hard work.

After many years, Edwin and Hilde retired to Boynton Beach, FL to be closer to their daughter and granddaughters, and to enjoy the sun and warm weather.

A man of many passions, Edwin loved soccer, traveling, golf, gardening and savoring his favorite Old Fashioneds. Above all, his greatest joy was his family, to whom he was endlessly devoted.

He is survived by his daughter, Brigitte Reyes, his son, Edwin F. Hund, his granddaughters, Lori Toledo (Celso) and Angela Nunez (Jorge), his great-granddaughter Alyssa Toledo, and his great-grandsons, Alexander, Jonathan and Daniel Nunez. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Edwin. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A memorial mass will be held on February 8, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chancery Chapel of the Diocese of Palm Beach, 9995 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
