Timothy Kent Rusk

At 10:08 pm on April 23rd, 2026, Timothy (Tim) Kent Rusk, age 77, left us to be with the Lord. Tim was born to Harley and Adeline Rusk in Boulder, CO. Tim lived his entire life in the Dallas, TX area.

Tim graduated from the University of Texas Arlington. Tim worked 20 plus years for Mitsuba Computer Company in Dallas as a computer salesman. Tim serviced large corporations and Universities. He greatly enjoyed the personal contacts he made as a salesman, even developing a friendship with some. Tim loved photography. He had his own part-time business as a wedding photographer for many years. Although he was a quiet and unassuming person, he had a big heart. He was always ready to help others with both his time and money. Tim loved traveling with his wife Barbara. They have visited 12 countries and all but 2 of the United States. During these times,they would have a photo contest to see who got the best shots during their travels. After retiring, Tim loved taking his fur baby, a miniature schnauzer named Ceasar, to the dog park daily. Tim's greatest joy was spoiling his 4 grandchildren. As Joey, the eldest grandchild said, “we knew how much papa loved us because it seemed like he never said no to us.”

Tim is preceded in death by his father Harley, his Mother Adeline, and his brother Jeff. He is survived by his wife Barbara; his son Jason, wife Jennifer; 3 stepsons, Ray Rembisz, wife Stacey; Aaron Rembisz, wife Laurissa; and Daryl Rembisz. He was a proud papa to 5 grandchildren, Joey, Kassie, Ryan,Sarah, and Guston; and brother David and sisters Rachel and Becky.
