Shauna Lea Hanson

Shauna Lea Hanson passed away unexpectedly on April 26, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She was 44 years old and lived a beautiful life, caring for her family members and serving as the supportive foundation during times of need. Her family is deeply saddened by her sudden death. Shauna was born on May 16, 1978.

Shauna is survived by her mother Patricia Hanson, father Kenne Hanson, and brother Kenne Paul Hanson. She is also loved and remembered by family and friends, specifically within the states of Texas, Arizona, and California. Shauna was predeceased by her grandparents Richard and Helen Hanson.

Shauna was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Barry Goldwater High School. She had a long career in the banking field and within several insurance collection agencies for many years.

Shauna was a fun spirited soul who took on many passions. One of which included her love of pets. She had a passion for loving and caring for animals. She found comfort and peace in reading and watching television with her puppies while they cuddled in her lap. Many of her favorite hobbies also included visiting family, watching movies, and experiencing amusement parks, playfully tricking family members into riding the scariest rides the parks had to offer. Anyone that knew Shauna knew that she fully embraced the holidays and the Halloween spirit, dressing in the scariest costumes and decorating more than everyone else in the neighborhood.

Shauna was a beautiful person that made the world a better place. Her smile and laugh lit up the whole room, making everyone feel appreciated and loved within every interaction. She was kind, passionate, and made an everlasting impact on many lives. She will be forever missed but never forgotten.
