Martha Reynolds Savage, 72, passed away on Sunday May 22, 2016 in the excellent care of Baylor Hospital Dallas. There will be no memorial at this time, she and her husband will be honored at the National Cemetery Dallas when he joins her in heaven. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation in Martha's name to the National Leukemia Society. Martha was born to Robert N. Fielden and Agnes "Brownie" Fielden in Houston, Texas. She grew up in Northboro, Massachusettes where she met her future husband, Earl E. Savage. Earl and Martha were married on January 13, 1961. Martha spent most of her adult life as a military wife and mother; not always easy. She raised her family and supported her husband while he served in the Vietnam War. Through the years after, she traveled to such places as Okinawa Japan and the Panama Canal Zone. When Earl retired from the Army, he and Martha moved to the Dallas, Texas area to work for EDS. While there she met her friend and mentor Ed Hanks. She continued to work for Ed as he moved to ARCO and then to Infomart where she was Director of Housekeeping. After leaving Infomart, Martha worked for Dr. William C. Roberts M.D. and Dr. John S. Fordtran. Martha retired in order to spend time with her husband, their three beloved cats, and her family. Martha is preceded in death by her father Robert N. Fielden (Boppa), mother Agnes "Brownie" Fielden (Nana), and daughter Theresa Marie Savage. She is survived by her husband, Earl E. Savage, son Kerry P. Savage and wife Diana Savage, daughter Stacie L. Savage and husband James E. Murray, daughter in law Rene Pingel and husband Les Pingel. She leaves behind grandsons Brandon and Kyle Savage, grandsons Connor and Cole Murray, and brother Bruce Fielden. She is survived by her three furry babies: Fred, Rocco, and Cassie.
