Janice Free

She was born on November 4, 1939 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Rubye Lowrance-Hill and Adrian Hill. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Freddie D. Free; sister Adrenna Montez; sister-in-law Janette Hammond; son Ronald Coyle and wife Jayne Coyle; daughter Catherine Tucker Gallagher and husband Kerry Gallagher; daughter Julie Higby and husband Larry Higby; son Mark Coyle and wife Madeleine Coyle; daughter Michelle Chandler and husband Wayne Chandler; granddaughter Dara Schoen; granddaughter Madeline Chandler; grandsons Robert Coyle, David Chandler, Alexander Higby, Blake Higby, and Tristen Tucker; three great-grandchildren Brayden, Nolan and Adam, and 18 nephews and nieces - Ray Montez, Vicki Montez, Shana Montez, Mitchell Hill, Jeanne Hill, Randy Hill, Angela Hill, Lance Hammond, Jason Hammond, Charles Free.

She is preceded in death by her mother Rubye Littrell, father Adrian Hill, stepfather Earl Littrell, brother Larry Hill, nephew Larry Hill, Jr., son-in-law Phillip Tucker, brother-in-law Lee Montez, and nephew Mark Montez.

She graduated from Garland High School in 1958. She worked at the American Lung Association for seven years and Fujitsu for five years. She and Freddie lived in Garland for 12 years and Gun Barrel City for 17 years. She enjoyed the beach, spending time with family, playing board games, working crossword puzzles, and reading.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 11 a.m., at Lone Star Cowboy Church, 1101 E. Ovilla Rd., Red Oak, TX 75154.
