Jim lived a full life, a carpenter by trade, but also with a career in sales. He also served in the U.S. Navy.
Jim is survived by wife of 41 years, Anne, of Plano, Texas; son, Brian; daughter, Jennifer; brother, Jeff; stepbrothers, Graham, Robin and Scott; sister, Karen; stepsister, Jennifer; and his granddaughters, Arianna and Eden.
He also treasured his time with his pool buddies, with whom he enjoyed his Tuesday and Thursday games.
He was predeceased by his parents, James P. LaCroix, Jr., and Jane LaCroix. Jim was fortunate to find his biological parents later in life.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Visiting Nurse Association, particularly Bill Burns, for their care.
