Carol Ann Martin

Carol Ann Mezzetti Martin 75, passed peacefully on January 27, 2017 in Plano, TX. She died from conditions caused by Alzheimer's disease, which she battled for 6 years. Born on September 12, 1941 in Charleroi, PA, Carol met and later married the love of her life, Richard John Martin. They were married in Las Vegas, NV at 4:00 in the morning on August 22, 1964. Rick says, thank God I married a girl with adventure in her heart. She went with me to Germany and Pakistan where she loved singing for the USAF troops at Peshawar Air Station in 1966 and 1968. She also traveled to Australia and Indonesia while working for EDS. I will miss this very special girl who always had my back. Carol was preceded in death by her mother Doris Brown; aunt Eunice Fritch and uncle Bert Masterson. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Rick; her sister Donna Stewart; aunts Rae Fisk and Martha Masterson; uncle Fred Masterson; other family and a host of friends who will miss her deeply.
