Thomas A. Georskey

Thomas Allan Georskey (Tom), most recently of Bradenton, Florida passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 64. He was born on May 14, 1959 in the Cleveland, Ohio area where he grew up in Middleburg Heights, Ohio until moving to Venice, Florida upon graduation from Midpark High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley Hofelzer Georskey and Bernard Georskey.

He is survived by his two sisters, Janet Swan (Bruce) and Cheryl Woeltjen (William).

Tom was a devout Christian and was quick to help others, making friends with ease wherever he went. He lived his life courageously while dealing with disabilities resulting from a car accident when he was 19. Most often one could find Tom outdoors enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and weeding or completing other yard work as the day progressed. Tom enjoyed animals and was an avid reader in recent years.
