Mary Agnes Bramley

A resident of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Mary was born on September 24, 1930, and grew up on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio. Though known to the world as Mary, she was affectionately called "Bubbles" by her father and siblings, a family nickname that stayed with her throughout her life.

On July 4, 1950, she married Frank A. (Dell) Bramley. Together, they shared 56 years of marriage until his passing in 2006. Raising a large family brought many challenges, but when it came to meals she was a great cook, who could always stretch a single meal to feed a household of nine on a tight budget. They strived to build a life centered on family, faith, and love to the best of their ability.

Mary dedicated her early years to being a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. During this time, she worked during the holidays to help support the family. Later in life, she brought her warmth and strong work ethic into the workforce, taking on a variety of local jobs.

Mary and Frank shared a love for dancing, lighting up the dance floor to the polka or jitterbug. Mary was also a woman of faith who loved their Baptist Church in Vermilion. In their later years, she and Frank enjoyed spending many meaningful hours together reading the Bible. She was a lifelong avid reader who deeply missed the ability to read as her eyesight began to fail her.

Mary loved playing card games and was very competitive. She also had a profound love for animals, welcoming numerous family dogs and cats over the years. She found immense joy in her furry family cat companions until she was 92. While Ohio was always her true home, Mary and Frank also enjoyed spending chapters of their lives making memories in Georgia and Florida.

Her legacy lives on through her seven children: Linda Surrento (Greg), the late Frank A. (Dell) Bramley (Lynn), Laura Moderwell (the late Wally), Michael Bramley (Cindy), Jeffrey Bramley, Sherri Kuhlman (Ken), and Lisa Shaw (Jim). She was the proud grandmother of 22 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. (Dell) Bramley; her son, Frank A. (Dell) Bramley; her parents, William (Bill) and Marie Fisher; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, and Gert Sirl.

Mary leaves behind a wealth of personal memories, marked by a variety of traits that made her special to each of her children; she was beautiful, wise, funny, smart, caring, a good listener, and

a generous soul. While each of her children held unique relationships with her, she loved them all deeply. Ultimately, she lived a remarkably full life.

There will be no public viewing. A celebration of her life will be announced and held in the spring of 2027.
