Dolores Ruth Hohl

She was born in Akron on February 5, 1934. She married Fritz Hohl on May 23, 1953 and started her busy and fulfilling life as a wife and mother of four children. After her retirement from JCPenney shoe department in Arlington Plaza, the sun, warm weather and desire to travel lured Dee and Fritz to Florida.

She was met in heaven by her husband Fritz, mother Zetta Lansberry, brothers Bill (MaryHelen) and Raymond, in-laws John and Josephine Hohl, Jo and Frank Rabith, Eva and Ed Mueller, Dorothy and Don Kortze.

She is survived by her children Judy (Matt) Kalgreen, Mark (Carol Swan) Hohl, David Hohl, Paul (Kathleen) Hohl. Grandchildren: Tim, Steven (Kelsey), Dan, Erik (Porchia), Mark Jr. (Brittany), Taj (Amanda), Jonathan (Danielle), Ali (Dennis), Jordan (Kate) and great grandchildren: Lucas, Sam, Marley, Charlie, Everette, Alec, Ty, Rowan, Eli, Riley, Wesley, Mac, Addie, and Cal.

Funeral service will take place at 4:00 pm Sunday, January 7, 2024 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at St. John Lutheran Church 550 E Wilbeth Rd.
