Born in Brooklyn, New York, on June 15, 1959, to Arthur Israel and Diane Frappollo, Bob grew up with a strong work ethic and a genuine care for others. After completing his undergraduate studies at Fordham University, he earned his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. He went on to establish and maintain a successful private dental practice in New York City for more than 30 years, where he was known for his skill, professionalism, and the trust he built with generations of patients.
Outside of dentistry, Bob had a passion for cooking, exceptional food, and fine wine. He found great joy in preparing meals, discovering outstanding restaurants, and entertaining family and friends. Whether hosting a dinner party or sharing a special bottle of wine, he loved bringing people together around the table, creating lasting memories through his warmth, generosity, and hospitality.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Welfley, of West Orange, New Jersey, and his sister, Dana Schnek, and her family of Middletown, Delaware.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and former patients.
