Just found out about the passing of Dr. Fischer.  I worked with him in the Radiology Transcription Department at Hackensack University Medical Center for 10 years.  He was always one of my favorite doctors.  Dr. Fischer was a true citizen of the world having come from Hungary and had traveled all just about everywhere.  He loved people and always said what he thought.  He’d come into our office every day at least once, usually more than that, just to talk.  He has touched many lives and I will always remember him fondly.  May he R.IP. 

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I have known and worked with Dr. Fischer in the Radiology Dept at HUMC.
since 1968. Dr. Fischer was a true Gentleman and a Scholar. We have remained friends all these years and he will be truly missed and will always remain in our hearts.
As medical professionals we have  learned and shared so much of our lives with him. He never stopped teaching us and was always the life of the party. May he rest in peace and God Bless.
I am saddened that we have just learned of his passing.
