Dear Family of Lorraine Luzzo,

Although it was Lou who was in my high school class of "51", and I have very pleasant thoughts of him, I have very fond memories of Lorraine. She was truly a sweet, sincere wonderful person, without a doubt.  I have nothing but gratitude for her friendship and was blessed to have known her.

May God be with her always and may she rest in peace.

Aunt Rainy (Ringe or Range!) and Clooch were like my own mom and dad. Aunt Rainy was my Godmother who I called my "Gumah". When I was young, Aunt Rainy, Uncle Clooch, Aunt Glo and Captain Zib (Uncle Sal) used to take me to horror movies and ice skating at "the millies" off Route 3! What great memories!! 

They were 2 of the most wonderful people one could ever know and were the best aunt and uncle (along with Aunt Glo and Captain Zib) to Rick, Manny, and me. The 6 of them - Mom, Pop, Aunt Rainy, Uncle Clooch, Captain Zib, Aunt Glo were not only relatives but the best of friends and were inseparable! 

They were always the most fun and had the best costumes for the Elks Club's Halloween parties! They always had a theme, like Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs, etc., and staged their show in our living room before they left for the Elks. 

And the dinners together at Angelo's, Easter at Aunt Rainy's, all the great food! Christmas Eve in Aunt Rainy and Clooch's cellar with the cinder block walls where we all squeezed together at the table made of plywood on sawhorses! 

When Brutis ran away, 2 days later Aunt Rainy would call to tell us that "Brutie" was at their house waiting for us to pick him up! I could go on and on. 

We love them so much and will miss them but will always think of them and have such great memories of them. 

And we hope that in his final days Clooch will go peacefully, and then all 6 of them will be together once again, only this time in Heaven drinking, laughing and partying! 

We love you so much, Ringe and Clooch!! Rest In Peace. Some day - but not too soon (!) - we will all be together again.

We remember Lorraine with always a smile, full  of energy and life and madly in love with her Lou.  They were definitely sweethearts and enjoyed each other immensely.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother and grandmother.  Lorraine was always enthusiastic to help with our class reunions since we graduated with Lou. She was truly a shining light to be admired

Aunt Rainy was one of our “Fabulous Four” which included her, Clooch, Capt Jib and Aunt Glo….our YOUNG aunts and uncles, as we’ve described them for so many years. To Terri and me, the four of them were actually invincible, and to see their beautiful lives come to an end during the same timeframe is beyond any words that I can write. 

We now pray for our last remaining “young uncle,” Clooch, that he does not suffer during his final days, months or years that he’ll be with us. 

Those four people were definitely COOL to us for years…..in their looks, cars, music, and love of family. We have far too many awesome memories to describe on this beautiful tribute. 

We can only hope that one day they will all be together, with our Mom & Pop, who we also love dearly. 

May our “young aunts (Ringe & Glo) and uncle” (Jib) rest in peace. And may our remaining “young uncle” (Clooch) FIND peace.

AUNT RAINY((Ringe))- talk about one of the best? Look look no further! From the day I was born, Ringe was my second mother. She had no children of her own at the time so the attention I received from her was huge!  Easter ,Christmas ,Thanksgiving, and every holiday was made special with our RINGE. She was loving  thoughtful, intelligent, and always quick to share her love! Fast forward, when I was working and she was working, we would meet  to have lunch together several times! . Our mutual admiration for each other was simply close,  sincere deep love because she and I were only 10 years apart. When I got married in 1968, I was unhappy with my jobs income! She helps guide me to become a stockbroker after 3 months of schooling . She introduced me to executives of Mayflower Security who I worked for 3 yrs! Our first home in Lynhurst would not have been possible without my second job, THANKS RINGE! After retirement, she was my go to confident for everything , once mom left us in 2008. RINGE,I will miss you more than words can say ! I LOVE you , THANK you for sharing your life and wisdom  with me. REST IN PEACE, AND THANK YOU FOR LOVING Me! ❤️❤️❤️🥃🍷!!!!!!

Aunt Rainy was beautiful inside and out!! Aunt Rainy and Uncle Lou made my childhood amazing! Easter at their house was amazing..awesome memories all together!! Christmas Eve was phenomenal!! All the preparation that they put into it, and love was simply the best!!  Another awesome memory I have when I was little was when Aunt Rainy taught me how to dive at Uncle Sal and Gloria’s house!    Lastly how loving  she was with my boys and I!!  It went full circle as we had 
a blast at their pool in Secaucus! I loved her! She had a heart of gold!!! I will Cherish all the memories I have!! I’m really going to miss you!! ! I’m so sorry for your loss. 🙏❤️🙏 sending love, hugs and prayers! XOXO Forever in my heart!❤️

Aunt Rainy was one of a kind and very special to all that knew her.  She loved us all and my sister choose her as her sponsor when she was confirmed.  They became very close and now they are together again in heaven with the rest of her siblings.

RIP Mrs Luzzo. Loved watching our moms play softball in the women’s league years ago. My mom and your mom were on the same team ! We will see you again in that better place. Healing thoughts  and prayers to all

Lorraine was a wonderful neighbor.  I have many fond memories of her. We recently reconnected and were planning a lunch date when she fell ill.  So very sorry for your lose.❤️

So sorry for your loss.  Nothing but fond memories of our childhood and hanging in your pool with the neighborhood kids.  Your mom was always welcoming to all of us.   RIP Mrs Luzzo.  You will be greatly missed.
