Guenther Heinz Meyer

Guenther was born in Berlin, Germany 88 years ago to a wonderful family; father Walter, mother Paula and sister Monika. It was the eastern sector of Berlin where they lived and when he graduated from his higher education, the family decided he should have a better life if he wanted, and so, he left without being able to return for many, many years.

His chosen occupation was that of an Electrical Engineer for which he was employed by a variety of firms. His work ranged from nuclear power plants, synthetic fiber spinning machine factories, to steel processing plants, among others. In his retirement he made many friends while working at NJ Meadowlands Arena Box Office.

In 1968 he met his future bride Diane. They were married 9 months later. They had a wonderful life which included a great deal of travel. He will be deeply missed by his family members; his sister Monika and her son Tilo; his brother-in-law John and his wife Patty; his nephews John and his wife Eileen; Jason and his wife Shirley; and his great niece Nicole and her husband Patrick.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place by Neptune Cremation Society.
