Vickie was born in Charleston, West Virginia, the eldest of 4 children to Roy and Ruth Kincaid. The family relocated to Elmira, New York, where she met and married Tom, her amazing husband of 57 years. She and Tom eventually settled and made a life in the Tampa Area where she worked as the Marketing Director at Town and Country Hospital and was the Administrative Director at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church for over 40 years. Vickie was known for her dedication and love for her family, her church and the community. Her beautiful smile would light up the room when anyone entered her office. She loved to cook and go to the theater. She was an amazing friend to many!
She is survived by her husband Thomas Arthur Paggio; sons Thomas Jeffrey Paggio, wife Pamela; Anthony Christopher Paggio, wife Rachel; grandchildren, JT Paggio, wife Shanna, Zack Smith, Nick Smith, Makayla Paggio, Marae Paggio, and Gracie Paggio; great-grandson Paxton Paggio, brother Ricky Kincaid, wife Debbie, sister Belinda Jane Kincaid, wife Amy as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents Roy Lee and Ruth Helen Kincaid, and her beloved sister Vena Lou (Kincaid) Trifoso.
Vickie you are forever in our hearts and memories. Until we see each other again…..
A service to celebrate Vickie’s life will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Bay Hope Church, located at 17030 Lakeshore Road, Lutz, FL 33558. The family will receive guests at 10:00 am, with the service immediately following at 11:00 am.
