Terence James Anderson

Terence Anderson Sr. passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in 1938 at Hollywood Hospital in California, Terence lived a full and meaningful life marked by creativity, dedication, and deep love for his family.

A gifted film editor, Terence spent many years working behind the scenes in the film industry, where his talent and keen eye helped shape countless stories on screen. After a fulfilling career, he retired to New Port Richey, Florida, where he enjoyed a quieter life near the water.

He is preceded in death by his beloved sons, Jeffrey Anderson and Sean Anderson. His memory lives on through his sons Terence Anderson Jr. and Steven Anderson, daughter-in-law Kym Anderson, and his cherished grandchildren Jillian Anderson, Codi Nicole Close, and Austin Anderson. Terence also leaves behind multiple great-grandchildren, who brought him great joy in his later years.

A celebration of Terence’s life will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Sims Park Peace Hall from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. All who knew and loved him are welcome to join in honoring his life and legacy.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
