Sherry Lynn Trennepohl

Sherry Lynn, 75, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024. She was born on September 8, 1949, in Galveston, Texas, and raised in Harlingen, Texas, where she graduated from Harlingen High School. As a young girl, Sherry enjoyed baton twirling in middle school, a talent that brought joy to her and those around her.

Sherry had a creative and loving spirit. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, baking, cooking, and making delicious homemade candies. Her kitchen was always filled with warmth, love, and the sweet smell of her creations. Sherry had a special bond with her beloved dogs and cherished every moment spent with her fur babies.

She loved the outdoors and had a particular fondness for fishing and spending time at the beach on South Padre Island, Texas. The sound of the waves and the coastal breeze brought her immense peace and happiness.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace Daniels and Frances Shannon.

She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Hayes and Rebecca Hennigan; her grandchildren, Brittani Gibson, Kelsey Masters, Zachary Gibson, Kameron Manseau, Christina Ulscht, and Timothy Hennigan Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Joshua, Aubreanna, Markus, Bentlee, Braxton, Brayden, Kade, Liam, Miranda, Thomas, Ryan, and Aiden.

Sherry’s love and kindness touched everyone she met, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local animal shelter in Sherry’s honor, reflecting her deep love for animals.

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
