Ronald F Silva

Ronald (Ronnie) F Silva, 81 of Inverness, FL passed away on April 25th. He was born on January 30, 1936 and raised in Provincetown, MA. He served in the Air Force and was a Korean War veteran. Fascinated with aviation, he got his pilot’s license and enjoyed flying on Cape Cod in his Piper plane. He was employed as a commercial bus driver most of his life with Bonanza and Coach USA. He enjoyed meeting new people and never met a stranger. Retiring in Florida he also drove for Universal Studios and Disney. Ronnie was deeply loved by all who knew him. He had a great sense of humor and his smile would light up a room. He is survived by his children Lynn Silva (Randall) Doster, Owen (Corey)Silva. His grandchildren Blake, Madison, Logan, Daniel, Briana, Kelsey, and Sam. His brother Kenneth (Dottie) Silva, Sisters Louise (Phil) Keysar and Joyce Futch, Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Emily Silva and bother in law Jack Futch. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements were handled privately according to his wishes. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
