Raymond George Chiselko

Raymond George Chiselko, 85, of Tampa, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Born in Bound Brook, NJ he lived in Clayton, NJ before moving to Florida in 2001. Mr. Chiselko was a Guidance Counselor at Glassboro Intermediate School for 37 years. His hobbies and interests included playing cards (particularly pinochle and euchre), all things basketball (playing, coaching & watching) and doing puzzles. Ray was a devoted member of Bay Hope Church, volunteering in many areas. What he enjoyed most was chatting with his many friends and even strangers, imparting his wisdom, whether it be while serving in the coffee house, as a teller, in his men’s bible study, or just in passing. He never turned down an opportunity to chat. He loved to speak of the goodness of God.

Beloved husband of 56 years to Joanne F. Chiselko (nee Priore). Devoted father of Wayne Chiselko (Becky) of Mullica Hill, NJ, Michael Chiselko (Aileen) of Franklinville, NJ and RaeAnne Chiselko of Williamstown, NJ. Loving Pop-Pop to Antonio, Shyann, Rachel and Abby. Dear brother of Dennis Chiselko (Bernadette) of Hillsborough Twp, NJ & Richard Chiselko (Judy) of Toms River, NJ. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Margaret (nee Sian) and Joseph Chiselko, father and mother-in-law, Joseph and Anne Priore and brothers Robert Chiselko (Lucy) and John Chiselko (Sally).

Relatives and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 10th, 9:30 a.m. visitation, 10:00 am service, reception to follow at Bay Hope Church 17030 Lakeshore Road, Lutz, FL 33558.
