She was born in Decatur, Illinois to Forrest and LaVada (Fetters) Williams. They preceded her in death, along with an infant son, Terry Paul Wallace, Jr.
Nancy graduated from Warrensburg-Latham high school and attended Eastern Illinois University and Brown’s Business College. She retired from the United States District Court, in Tampa, Florida, after a long career as a legal clerk.
She loved the beach, palm trees, roller skating, funny movies, music, dancing and animals.
She is survived by her daughter, Bridget Wallace Sebastiani, grandchildren Dylan and Ava, great grandson, Elliott, sisters Sandy Veech and Debbie Williams, a niece, 3 nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services.
