Lloyd William Howard

Howard, Lloyd William “Bill”, 79, of Clearwater, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at home surrounded by his family after years of fighting dementia. Bill was born in his parent’s home in Columbus, OH on March 22, 1938. Bill was a gentle gentleman. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Penny; his stepson, Matthew Ames of Dublin, OH; stepdaughter, Julia Anne (Daniel) Sackett of Camano Island, WA; Sister, Martha Theodore of Mason, OH; eight grandchildren and his most precious great granddaughter, Annabelle.
