Linda was born June 15, 1948, in Dover, NJ, to John W. Williams and Ida M. (Engleman) Williams. She spent her formative years in nearby Wharton, NJ, moving in the early part of her adult life in the Buffalo suburb of North Tonawanda, NY. Linda changed states one more time, spending the last half of her life in Florida.
She assisted her daughters during their school days by volunteering for such tasks as Girl Scout troop leader, PTA member, and Band Mom for the Dunedin High School Highlanders. In addition, she provided volunteer assistance to her community by assisting with the Dunedin Highland Tattoo & Highland Games, as well as the fall Celtic Music Festival.
Linda is survived by her husband of 34 years, Andrew T Kuligowski, her daughters Ann Walton, Holly Capell, and Jessica Kuligowski, her son-in-law Chance Walton, and two grandchildren, Amelia and Luke Walton. Her sister, Carol Williams, preceded her in death by 3 weeks.
At her request, services will be private. Linda and her sister will be scattered together in the Gulf of Mexico at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local Hospice (Linda spent the last 3 weeks of her life at Suncoast Hospice), the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, or to the charity of your choice.
