Keith Paul Coogan

Keith Paul Coogan, born on September 18,1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana was the son of Gerard F. Coogan and Constance M. (Carpenter) Coogan. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at the age of 66.

In 1981, Keith met Diane, the love of his life, and eloped to be married at Nottoway Plantation in Louisiana on March 5, 1983.

Keith earned his Master of Business Administration at Tulane University while working at Cox Cable. Keith’s career spanned over forty years with Cox Cable, Time Warner, Adelphia, Bright House Networks, and Charter Communications.

Keith retired in 2021 and spent his time making guitars, woodworking in his garage, and playing with his grandchildren.

Keith was predeceased by his parents, Gerard F. Coogan and Constance M. Coogan, brother, Gregory Coogan. He is survived by his wife, Diane Coogan, children, Nicole Tripi and Christina Coogan White (Joshua), grandchildren, Victoria Tripi Moseley (Matthew), Mackenzie White, Jackson White, great-grandchildren, Mila Moseley, Brylee Moseley, Rowan Moseley, and his siblings, Gerard Coogan II (Kimberly) and Deborah Coogan, and many close relatives.

Keith's memorial service is at our church, Our Lady of the Rosary, on Friday, March 3 at 10:30 am.

If you are not able to attend the service, we are also having a celebration of life afterwards starting at 11:30 at Mulligan's at Plantation Palms down the street from the church.
