Jeanette S. Englund

Jean was born in Kenosha, WI in 1924. Jean left us to be with the Lord on January 12, 2024. She passed in the comfort of home with Hospice Care. She had the gift of seeing through eyes that saw the goodness in people.

Jean was an avid outdoors woman who enjoyed golf, sailing, kayaking and painting. She said that we were blessed to be with the water. She took strength from her love of the Lord and used it to comfort and care for her family and those fortunate to know her.

Jean is survived by her children; Chris Dobbins, Greg Dobbins and daughter Deborah Thornsberry. Her extended family includes many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Presbyterian Church on the Bayou at 409 Whitcomb Blvd in Tarpon Springs FL 34689 on February 24th at 11am. Those wishing to gather following the service are invited to meet at the Tarpon Springs Yacht Club 350 N. Spring Blvd.in Tarpon Springs 34689 from 12 -2pm for lite fare and libations.
