Donald Lee Moolhuysen

Don was born in Tampa, Florida on June 14th, 1955 to parents Moselle and Frank Moolhuysen.

Don had an enormous work family that cherished not only his impeccable work ethic, but also his humble humor and quick wit. He forged many close bonds with work brothers and sisters from his long career at Lykes Pasco, Inc. all the way through to his last day at South East Bottling and Beverage where he worked for the last 11 years.

Don’s free time was spent riding his motorcycle, going to Daytona bike week, Biketoberfest, and fishing. He reconnected with many siblings over the years and spent time visiting family.

Don is preceded in death by his mother Molly, father Frank, and big brothers Mike and Bill. He is survived by his brother John Moolhuysen and numerous nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place at Neptune Society. A celebration of life will be held at The Eagle’s Club located at 15924 US Hwy 301, Dade City, Florida at 1 pm on Sunday November 1st, 2020.

Uncle Donald, thank you for the strength, help, and love. I can’t think of a time when I have ever felt for more loved and looked after other than when my own father passed and you guided me through that. I will make sure the same is returned to you.
