Daniel Lamar Mitchell

His parents were Joseph Lamar Mitchell and Betty Ann Spears.

We were legally married on October 23, 2013 and have been together for 37 and a half years. His spouse's name is Peter Squadrito who has completed his master's degree.

Danny certainly had some quirky habits. He was probably the pickiest eater on earth and stubborn as a mule. But he had great heart and soul and always spoke his mind. You always knew where Danny stood, no sugarcoating with him. Danny and I have been through a lot together and for most of Danny's life he experienced pain with many back surgeries.

Danny is survived by his brother Michael Mitchell of Mount Laurel, New Jersey and his step-brother, John Mitchell of Sewell, New Jersey. His step-sister, Joan lives in Arizona. His other brother Jimmy passed away in 2019. Danny has no other blood relatives, except Pete's family who has been with us every step of the way.

A celebration of life will be held sometime in the month of May. Place and time to be determined.

I also wanted to thank the amazing people from Bayfront Hospital in St Petersburg as well as the folks from the Neptune Society in addition to my family and friends for all of their support and well wishes.
