John is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Pam; their children, CJ and (Gloria), Lauren, and Joshua; five cherished grandchildren: Mariah, Timothy, Luke, James, and Olivia; and three sisters Goldie, Ana, and Joy.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, John found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He was deeply rooted in his faith in God, a guiding light throughout his life.
Professionally, John dedicated over 50 years to the curtain wall and construction industry. His work contributed to countless extraordinary projects around the globe. More than just a builder, John was a respected mentor and generous leader who inspired many throughout his career with his wisdom, kindness, and integrity.
John will be remembered for his unwavering love, faith, and the legacy he leaves behind in both his family and the many lives he touched.
Please join John's family as we celebrate his life and reflect upon the profound impact he made on our lives. A sit down service will begin at 11:00 AM and will be followed by a reception with light refreshments. If you plan to attend, please let us know by RSVP to [email protected] so that we can plan accordingly and keep you apprised of important updates. The family encourages you to add any memories, words, or pictures you would like to this page so that they can incorporate them into the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be directed to ViggoNest, an endowment established in memory of Jackson Viggo Krarup. The mission of this endowment is to enhance living conditions for children and their families who are experiencing long-term hospitalization due to critical illness. The family wishes to honor John’s desire to support Jackson’s legacy. Donations can be made at theviggoproject.org.
