He was born May 14, 1942 in Sunnyside, Doddridge County, West Virginia, and son of the late Benjamin H. and Rachel A. (Smith) Perine, who resided in Parkersburg.
He graduated from Parkersburg High School and Morris Harvey College/UC and served in the West Virginia Air National Guard. He retired from Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Benjamin Duane Perine, precedes him in death.
Edwin is survived by his wife, Sheila, and is a member of the Brandon Masonic Lodge #114 F. & A.M., Linsley Chapter #152, O.E.S., and Zendah Grotto, Plant City. He was a wonderful son, brother, friend, and husband until the very end. He is now at rest and will be missed by all.
A celebration of life will be held at the Brandon Masonic Lodge, 203 N. Moon Ave., Brandon, FL on January 7, 2019 at 10:30AM.
