A beautiful obituary for a beautiful lady. I'll always remember how your Mom really listened to what was being said and how much she enjoyed being independent and active. It was a joy to see her and my Mom share their libraries with each other.  What a beautiful party you all gave her for her 90th!  She was so proud of her family.  You all have our condolences and prayers but knowing that the St Pat's gang is all hanging out together nevertheless makes me smile. 

To the family of Bobbie, my deepest sympathies and love. To Bobbie, you were my friend…. I miss your phone calls and cards to cheer me up, you always made me feel loved. I was so happy we got to see each other at my retirement party in April, you looked beautiful, as usual. I felt honored and special that you mustered the energy to celebrate with me. I'll always remember your mom as such a wonderful friend to my late mom, Joanne Vilmure.  My mom loved her dearly and I enjoyed getting to know Bobbie these past few years through their friendship. Bobbie's faith and ready smile were always present.  I got the sense that she had a bit of mischief up her sleeve if needed, to lighten the mood.  They shared a love of books and a common bond of being parents to large Catholic families.

My name is Keith Mosley I’m Mrs Fishback lawn guy and have been for years ! I remember the first day that I met this wonderful lady. I was mowing the lawn behind Mrs Fishback home when she walked up to me and said “ Hi I’m looking for a new lawn man because the other one is not taking care of my lawn the way he should be” I told her that I would do her lawn then I gave her a price. I’d never forget what she told me. She said “ alright now, I don’t want any problems out of you, I’ve had a few lawn man and I hope you’re the last one so make sure you do the job right” I said no problem Mrs Fishback ! I’m guessing that I did ok because she never fired me but she did get on me a few times because I didn’t do something right 😂! She definitely wasn’t afraid to say what was on her mind ! Me and Mrs Fishback had a bond, I was always looking forward to seeing her when I was there, she always asked about my family, she was like a Grandmother to me and I loved her for that. Mrs Fishback was a great women and she will truly be missed by me and my family. 

My entire family was blessed to know that bright, cheerful smile and ever positive nature of Mrs. Fishback through her 60 year friendship with my mother. She now joins Mom and many much loved family and friends in heaven. Whenever I had the pleasure of seeing her"How goes it?" was her greeting. I knew she really meant it. I will miss her greatly and she will always have a special place in my heart.

What a pleasure to have known and been a friend of Bobbie's.
Our connection was bridge and wow what a great player she
was and fun to play with.  My sympathy to all the family.  Mourn not long that Bobbie's gone, REJOICE that she was!  Jane Williams


We’re so thankful to Bobby for bringing her daughter Julie and her family into our life through a real estate transaction. We liked  Bobby’s easy going personality the minute we met her. We didn’t know that the house we were buying through her real estate company was next door to her daughter Julie. That was such a blessing to us and our two girls. They were amazing neighbors and continue to be our friends. 

Bobby was a regular at Ballast Point Fitness Center. She was always dressed like she was going on an important date and not some place where she might break into sweat. She always greeted me with a radiant smile and a “how is everything”. She never complained about anything or anyone. What an example to anyone that  had the opportunity to meet her.

Mrs Fishback was my mothers best friend for almost 60 years. She was my godmother and took her role very seriously.  
I am so grateful for the loving and positive influence she had on me throughout my entire life.  I will miss her terribly but like all of you I take great comfort in the knowledge that her soul is in heaven with all those whom she loved in this life who have gone on before her.  Please accept deepest sympathies from the Fox family.
