Arthur J. Wilson, 70, of Florida passed away on March 2, 2018. He enlisted in the Navy in 1968 and served in Vietnam with the Marines. He also served aboard Destroyers and Frigates and at numerous shore based facilities. Arthur retired as a Master Chief Hospital Corpsman (Surface Warfare) in 1995 after 27 years of faithful service. He loved listening to Rays baseball announced by Dave Wills and Andy Freed on the radio in the garage. He enjoyed life and lived in the moment. He was interested in many things and always had “one more question”. One of his favorite questions for people was “If an apple and a half cost a cent and a half, how much would 5 apples cost?”
Survivors include his wife and best friend, Mary; daughter, Carrie Severiano; son, Arthur J. Wilson III; grandson, Sergio Severiano; Aunt “Kakie”; and cherished “brother” Rob.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon; mother, Olga; and daughter, Tracy.
