Theresa Mae (Giuffra) Moffitt of Papillion Nebraska passed away peacefully on Thursday April 9, 2026 at the age of 82. She was born on December 18, 1943 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Doris Jean Greenhoe.
Theresa was preceded in death by her son Michael Moffitt, her partner Robert Kubin, her sister Lucille Varnado, and two nephews.
Theresa is survived by her daughter Karen (Mark) Strehle, her grandchildren Kathryn (Ryan) Vannornam, Meghan (Nicolas) Taborsky, Nikolas Strehle, Alexander Strehle, her sister Sharon Boyink, two nieces and a nephew.
The family would like to thank St. Croix Hospice and Brookestone of Papillion for the care and compassion they showed Theresa in her final days.
