He is preceded in death by his Mom, Lois Helms, Dad, Terry Helms, and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rhonda(Marco)Helms, two sons, Jordan Helms and Spencer (Kimberly)Helms, two grandchildren, Gracie Lee and Hudson Miller, all of Omaha, a brother, Rob(Jessica)Helms of Omaha, a sister, Debra Rhymes of Kansas City, Mo., and three nephews.
There will be a celebration of life for Steve at a later date.
