Martin Charles Bledsoe

July 9, 1980 to July 18, 2025

Martin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Drougott and Wilma Ross, Jerry McClintock, and his cousin, Gary Harris Jr..

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, his parents, Gary and Barbara Bledsoe, brother, Ross Grooters, grandmother, Peggy McClintock, aunts, uncles, niece, and cousins.

Martin was an Air Force brat who was born in Minot, North Dakota. He died at UNMC surrounded by his family.

Martin lived in six states and the United Kingdom. Martin was always enamored with computers from the age of 18 months, and he was fortunate to parlay that into a career. He graduated from Bellevue East in 1998, Central Ohio Technical College in 2003, and Bellevue College in 2006. He did this while working at Target.

Martin met his wife, Jennifer., while living in Ohio. They reconnected in 2011 and married in 2013. They lived in Bellevue, and Martin did computer programming at West, Alorica, and Deluxe.

Martin enjoyed working with computers, gaming, and building Legos. He always helped people with computer issues. Martin had a wicked dry sense of humor that generally contained both sides of an issue meeting in the middle, or he was just plain sarcastic! He dearly loved his wife, Jen, his family, and his friends, and we loved him.

Martin was an organ donor. Three people benefited from his kidneys and liver. The family is very grateful to all of the staff at UNMC for their professionalism, kindness, and caring.
