Margie Ann Cummens

Margie Ann Cummens, age 89, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on May 31, 2019. Margie was born in Texhoma, Oklahoma, on August 18, 1929, the daughter of Vern and Lena (Fry) Long. Margie is survived by her daughter: Jacquelyn Branagan of Lynnwood, Washington.

Stepchildren: William (Deborah) Cummens, Lockport, IL; Daniel (Michelle) Cummens, Spokane, WA; and Sally (Robert) Lewis, Omaha, NE; daughter-in-law, Mary (Brian) Ritchey, Wake Forest, NC.

Grandchildren: Cory (Nicole) Cummens, Megan Cummens, Jennifer (Jason) Yanchuleff, Allison and Kelly Cummens, Christopher (Alicia) Cummens, Katherine and Natalie Lewis.

Great-grandchildren: Carter and Chase Cummens; Gavin, Avery, and Jude Yanchuleff.

Sisters: Yvonne (Jim) Crossen and Beverly Lowe;

Sister-in-law, Nancy Long

Margie is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death are her husband, William; stepson, Richard Cummens; grandson, Jon Hunter; sisters, Lorraine LeMoine, Elsie Long, Leona Kimball, Glennie Kimball, and Eula Cassity; brothers, Lester, Robert and Dale Long.

A memorial service for Margie Cummens will be conducted at 3 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2019, at Westosha Lakes Church, Salem, WI. Private burial will take place at the Salvation Army Wonderland Camp, Camp Lake, WI.
