Virginia Lee Sinclair

Virginia Sinclair, 78, was the middle child of Harold Read and Mary Jane Lee Sinclair. She is survived by her brother Alan and his wife Linda and sister Mary, nieces Anne and Valerie and their husbands and families.

She graduated from Marquette Univ, WI and immediately moved to San Francisco during the "Summer of Love" and never lost her love for the Bay area. She tried Australia and New Zealand but quickly made her way back home. After that she only left to travel to England and Scotland and to come east to visit family.

She was fascinated by the medieval period: medieval mysteries, early and baroque music, Celtic art and illuminations. Career-wise she worked for over 35 years at UC, much of it in digitizing the library system and had received her MLS from UC-Berkeley.
