Yvonne “Sam” Wise, age 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 13, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Howard Green and Ferne Green, and brothers, Ben Green and Otis Green. She is survived by her only child, Charles Howard Chaney, and his wife, Laura Chaney; her granddaughter Brittney Sharratt, and her husband, Spencer Sharratt; and many nieces and nephews. She was a long time resident of Cedar Creek Lake and retired from a successful career with Johnson Monroe Realty. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing slot machines, and relaxing on her back deck, while watching the lake with a big cup of coffee. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in her memory. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
