Thomas William Cole

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas William Cole, who departed this life on June 20, 2025, at the age of 82. Tom passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, in Euless, Texas.

Born on November 25, 1942, in Rochester, New York, Tom was the son of Frank C. Skeval Jr. and Violet June Cole. He graduated from Edison Career and Technology High School and went on to enjoy a distinguished career, retiring as Training & Technical Communications Director at Kodak. In retirement, Tom embraced a new chapter as the owner and operator of a successful 7-Eleven franchise.

Tom was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sharlene Cole, with whom he shared many years of love, laughter, and family. Together they raised four children: Deanna Ernisse (Cole), David, Daniel, and John Cole.

A proud and devoted family man, Tom was the grandfather of ten grandchildren and great-grandfather of four great-grandchildren. His family was his greatest joy, and he will be remembered for his generosity, wit, and unwavering support.

A private family burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Mansfield, Texas.

Tom’s life was a testament to hard work, quiet strength, and devotion to those he loved. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him
