Russell Witt NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Russell Herbert Witt, 58 passed Saturday, July 22, 2017, following complications from heart surgery. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 4 p.m. Friday, July 28, at the Peace Lutheran Church located at 941 W. Bedford Euless Road, Hurst. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation in Russ's name be made to the scholarship fund of the church. Russ was born in Austin, and was a 1977 graduate of Richland High School. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and water skiiing as well as being a devoted sports fan. At the time of his passing he was employed by both the Triple Scent Candle Co. and Duval Sprinkling System. He is predeceased by his father, Herbert; grandmother, Bessie Davis; and aunt, Nancy Wolander. SURVIVORS: Russ is survived by his mom, Betty Witt of North Richland Hills; sisters, Denise Darden of Wichita Falls and Nanette Witt of Morrilton, Ark; nephews, Randle Cochran and wife Kim, Keith and Kevin Darden of Wichita Falls, and Bryce Clayton; niece, Jaime Darden Manninger and her husband, Nathan of Olney; "grand" nieces, Nicole Cochran Munez and her husband, Josh of Wichita Falls, Katie and Kendall Cochran; and "grand" nephew, Jonny Cochran of Fort Worth.
