Richard was born on August 17, 1964 in Tucson Arizona to William and Maria Brown.
Richard served six years in the Army from 1984-1990 and was a proud veteran.
Richard received his degree from Texas Wesleyan University and went on to become a licensed professional counselor.
Richards greatest joys in life were his two children and five grandchildren.
Richard is survived by daughter Amanda Brown; granddaughter Jaquelyn; Son Tyler Brown wife Vanessa Brown; grandchildren Aubree, Tyler Jr, Aria, and Texas.
Sister, Wendy Ratcliff; Brother, William Brown wife Teresa; Brother, Robert Brown wife Natalie; Sister, Cindy Brown; Sister, Sherri Aaron husband Tracy; Brother, John Brown; Richard loved being “Uncle Ricky” to all of his nieces and nephews.
Richard is predeceased by father William Brown and mother Maria Brown.
Richard was a man who lived his life the way he wanted and with no regrets. He was known for his wise counsel and authenticity. Richard could walk in any room, in any situation, and make anyone laugh. He loved Rock n Roll, FREE food, and “get togethers”. Richard was a Christian man and had a heart for the broken. He was very charismatic to say the least and will leave a “Ricky” sized hole in the hearts of his family.
Services will be held at DFW National Cemetery
