Peggy Neldaleen Johnson

She was born November 29, 1931 in Bertram, TX. She graduated from Killeen High School in 1949. She moved to Arlington in 1960. She worked for the State of Texas until retiring in 1993. She was an avid bowler and even won a NABI Tournament at 70 years of age. She loved playing cards, especially her weekly game of poker at the Elks Lodge and even hosted a weekly game at her house.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Johnson; sister, Darlene Robison and sons William Allen and Robert Lee Ferguson.

She is survived by her daughters: Vicky Dunn and husband Jerry of Grand Prairie, Texas and Terri Tackett and husband AJ of Arlington, Texas; daughter in law Barbara Ferguson of Arlington, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A Come-and-Go Reception will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at 615 South Fielder Rd., Arlington, TX 76013.
