I never met Paul, but he has touched me through his kindness to my family, Keith and Tanya Tracy. He always helped them and especially when I could not. He did this for me, and I am Grateful . I hope and pray that he is at peace and so are all that loved him. Thank you my brother, you are missed.

Paul was a good friend to almost anyone he met! God help you if Paulie didn't like you...meant there must be somelthing really wrong with ya'. LOL My husband, Robert Brown, and I were blessed to have met Paul while working on the RR and later, after we'd all retired, rekindled that association when we moved out near Bowie where he had retired to. I struggle to say just a few words about Paul.  I have a few friends, but very few who I would qualify as a really good friend.  Although we didn't see one another often, I always knew that a phone call to Paul with any kind of problem or issue, he immediately took the wheel and began plotting solutions.   He was always ready to help anyone in need.  A very giving and caring person!   His deep voice and being straight to the point would scare some, but the heart of gold was always driving him.  I sometimes looked upon him as a younger Dad.  I miss him and going forward will cherish our relationship.  Paul, I know your happy wherever you are and will still look after us.  Love you my friend!!!

Bryan and family; Your dad was definitely one of a kind.  He was always upbeat and funny.  He was a friend for many years and I will miss him greatly.

I still can't believe you're gone. I listen to your voicemails daily. One of my favorite trips was to Mexico. Remember when you dared me to pick up all the freshly rolled towels on all the fold up patio chairs. I remember the smile you gave me as and I started to run grabbing approx 15 nicely rolled towels before leaping in the pool for the first down. Unfortunately due to holding onto 15 towels I sunk straight to the bottom of the pool. We didn't get kicked out but they weren't laughing.We rented mopeds and my dad was so light he'd catch air on the speed bumps. It got to the point where I had to see him hit every speed bump. He'd yell Tope. LOL OMG it was epic. We have Costa Rica to talk about, and Cozumel. I love you so much dad. I'm so proud of you. I can't wait to see you again.

When you lived in Saginaw. The time we had there playing darts and listening to music in your garage were times I will never forget. The last few months I lived in TX were not the best and I think between you and Misty I spent more time with you guys than I did at my own house. You were a calm voice to my chaotic life. You gave me your wooden cross necklace that you swore to never take off to wish me safe travels across the country even though you knew I was not a religious person I promised to take it with me.  You kept telling me you would come get it back some day.  You had stories to go on for days. As mentioned in your obituary what a wonderful life. You would sing that every chance you got. To the good old times Paul. Cheers!!!

I remember my Uncle Paul so fully .He was so full of love ❤ and life .He had such a warm smile and was always joking.We would see him and Bryan every weekend,and was always the life of the party .He loved Bryan more than anything.He used to call me sister,and was always so kind to me .He will forever be missed and in our ♥ hearts.May God bless him and May he Rest In Peace.

I remember my brother in law Paul as a kind and funny person.  His nick name for April and Kristie were sister and mermaid.  He loved rock and roll music. He loved his son Bryan so much and always talk about him.  Paul loved his brothers and sisters very much too.  He loved a good party and people.  He had such a great smile that would charm you.  Paul, thank you for all the love and support you gave April and Kristie.  We're going to miss you.
