Patricia Anne Hayes

She was born on January 28, 1941 in Tampa, Florida to Thomas and Anita Perry. Pat lived in both Tampa and Orlando during her childhood and graduated from Plant High School in Tampa in 1959. She liked to read and enjoyed working at both B Dalton Bookseller and Waldenbooks for many years. Pat also lived for a short time in Madison, Wisconsin and in San Antonio, Texas. She loved to listen to music, which she passed on to her children.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, her son David Hayes, and her first grandson Robby Hayes.

Pat is survived by her daughter Patti Hayes, son Rob Hayes and his wife Gina, grandsons Joshua Hayes and Sean Hayes, granddaughter Kaitlin Hayes, older brother Tommy Perry and his wife Naomi, younger brother Don Perry and his wife Betty, nieces Debbi Perry Williams and her daughter Sarah, niece Dawn Perry Price and her husband Jeff, former sister-in-law/friend Carolyn Perry, and many other friends and acquaintances.

Pat leaves behind her beloved pet Chihuahua, Rocky Jo.

Per her request, there will be no service as Pat wished to be cremated and have her ashes scattered over Clearwater Beach, Florida.
