Michael Dean Hoover passed quietly March 13, 2019 at the age of 74. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Hoover, and brothers Gary, James, and John. Mike was born Oct 29 1945 and grew up in Handley Texas. He loved the outdoors, his dog Queenie, and old cars. He was a kind and gentle soul who overcame much adversity and told everyone he met to "Always look at the bright side of life".
