Laura Dickens

Laura Dickens, 47, of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away on December 19th, 2016 in Methodist Hospital of Mansfield, Texas of heart related causes. Her body was cremated in accordance with her wishes. Memorial services are planned in Grand Prairie, Texas and in Orange County, California so that all her family and friends can attend. Laura was born at St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton, California to Charlene and Michiel Dickens, on March 11th, 1969. She went to school at Anaheim High School in Anaheim, California, and graduated in 1987. She partnered with Pamela Roberson and lived in Grand Prairie, Texas. She worked as a Customer Service Manager at Shippers Warehouse, a candy warehousing company. She was a people person and was loved by both her work mates and customers. Laura is survived by her partner Pamela Roberson, her sister Rachelle Dickens and her partner Stacie Kraige, her parents Charlene and Michiel Dickens, her Grandmother June Roth, her Aunts Marlene Stanley and Cindy Sanchez, her nieces Bryanna Ziegenfuss and Rebecca Soble, her cousins Kirk Stanley, Kim Crone, Christie Oshiro, David Oshiro, Karrie Stanley, and Jennifer Ramirez Laura’s family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff of Methodist Hospital Mansfield, Texas for the care and compassion they showed towards her.
