Joshua “Adam” Schild was born in North Richland Hills, Texas on September 20th, 1986. Jesus called him home on October 20, 2023, at an early age of 37, to begin his eternal life of peace.
Adam graduated high school at Lake City in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with a Certified Nurse's Assistant license. He then furthered his education at North Idaho College with a degree in Construction Management. Shortly after graduation he worked at an Alzheimer’s unit, where his passion of caring for others excelled. Helping others was his greatest joy. He then began working in the construction industry, where he was a very skilled carpenter for many years.
Adam will be remembered by all for his willingness to help others, his infectious smile, and his jokester personality. His happiest times were to be surrounded by family and friends. Adam also had a passion for being outdoors. Some of his favorite outdoor activities included mountain biking, target practice, off-roading, and snowboarding. Adam also had a huge passion for salsa dancing, where he had met many friends.
Adam is survived by his mother, Carol Schild of North Richland Hills, TX; father, Todd Schild of Salt Lake City, UT; brother, Shannon Campbell of North Richland Hills, TX, sister and brother-in-law, Makayla and John Ingalls of Spokane Valley, WA. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Marion and LoJuan Dial of North Richland Hills, TX; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jack and Doris Schild; as well as his uncle Larry Schild and aunt Terry Dial.
Adam’s family and friends will hold a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on December 2, 2023 in the Chapel located at The Hills Church, 6300 NE Loop 820 North Richland Hills, TX 76180.
