Joseph John Brooks

Joseph Brooks, age 82, passed away on April 20, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline and his son, Sean, as well as his nieces and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles.

Joseph was born on December 21, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, to parents Joseph and Muriel Brooks. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1968, having achieved the rank of Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Technician Petty Officer Second Class. Joseph entered private life as an aviation instructor for Flight Safety International, where he worked for more than twenty years. He retired in 2009 from Gulfstream Aerospace after nearly twenty years at the company.

Joseph’s family and friends will always remember him as a funny, charming person who enjoyed good laughs and good times.
