Joe Bob Leggett

He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Glenda (Covington) Leggett; his daughters Cindy Green, and husband, Eddie of Joshua; Tammy Redwine McDougle, and husband, Mac of River Oaks; Sherry Leggett of White Settlement. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, Dustin Richardson, and wife Jenn of Mineral Wells; Jake Green, and wife Bobbi of Searcy, Arkansas; Kory Redwine, and wife Paige of Fort Worth; Pennie Green of Joshua; Chasidy Hall, and companion Josh Whitten, of Saginaw; and Micah Russell of White Settlement; thirteen great grandchildren, Zak Richardson, Haeven Hill, Hadyn Richardson, Hailee Redwine, Boston Green, Gavin Richardson, Jaxton Green, Payton Redwine, Emeri Whitten, Kannon Redwine, Elaina Whitten, Evelyn Whitten and Konnor Redwine. He also leaves his sister-in-law GayLynn White of White Settlement and brother-in-law Don Clark of Benbrook and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Joe was born to John & Mary (Rogers) Leggett on July 28, 1931 in Mineral Wells, Texas. He had one brother, J.D. Leggett. He met and married Glenda (and Cindy & Tammy) in 1966 and became a lifelong resident of White Settlement.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother.

Joe’s Memorial Service will be Friday, May 3, 2019 at 11:00 at Normandale Baptist Church.
