Joan Marie Park

Mrs. Park was born March 17, 1932 in Fort Worth, Texas to Homer and Mary Lawson. She graduated in 1950 from Byrd High School in Shreveport Louisiana and attended TWU in Denton Texas. Her career ended with retirement from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Board. She enjoyed gardening, antiques and owned an antique shop for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James Lloyd Park; parents, Homer and Mary Lawson; brother, Fred Lenzinger and daughter, Leigh Ann Gore.

Those left to cherish her memory are son, James D. Park and wife Debbie; son, Patrick Park; grandchildren, Kristin Park, Lauren Taylor and Michael Gore. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Park will be private at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery
