Donald John Wilson

Donald J Wilson, 88, of Fort Worth, passed away on April 23, 2023. Don was born in Rahway, NJ on September 25, 1934 to Allan and Sybilla Wilson. He proudly served in the United States Army. He met his wife Ann while working for Raytheon Company in El Paso. They were married for 49 years and lived in Paris, Kuwait, Egypt, and numerous places in the US. After retirement, they moved to Fort Worth to be near their three children and their families.

Don was very active in the Lutheran church serving as usher, sound man, singing in the choir and delivering meals through Meals on Wheels. He was an avid gardener and fisherman. Don was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and his brother Allan.

He is survived by his sister Linda, his daughter Ann Wilson, his daughter Ruth Miller (Jack), his son Allan Wilson (Christy) and his five grandchildren Emily, Hannah, Allyson, Anelise, and Colton.

A family service will be held at the Lakeview Cemetery in Tower, Minnesota on Thursday, June 22.
