Brenda Clark

Brenda Lou (Winton) Clark, born March 10, 1946, passed away August 31, 2026.

Brenda was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Melvin and Lou Winton. She was a 1964 graduate of Poly High School, where she met her husband of 47 years, Loy Clark. Brenda was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church, growing up at Englewood UMC, moving to Handley UMC where her children grew up and finally White’s Chapel Methodist Church. Brenda retired from the Tarrant County Elections Office and enjoyed her retirement by volunteering at Angel’s Attic Upscale Resale Shop. Brenda always enjoyed baking and making crafts; she especially enjoyed providing sweet treats for her co-workers, friends and fellow volunteers.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Lou Winton, her brother Jerry Winton, and her husband, Loy Clark. Brenda is survived by her daughters Kala Clark and Kara Mann, her son-in-law Jason Mann, her grandchildren Skyler Clark, Ethan Mann and Emma Mann, and her brother Mike Winton and his wife, Janet.

Services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at White’s Chapel Methodist Church, Grace Chapel, in Southlake, Texas.
